Our staff and students were excited to welcome RE alumni and graduating RHS students of 2026 in the annual RUSD Senior Walk!

A yearly tradition that both our staff and 6th grade students look forward to each year. Annual softball game 6th grade versus staff, much to the student’s dismay, staff won for the second year in a row. Staff taking the win 9-8, it was a close game.

History comes alive at Ramona Elementary for our 5th grade students. Mrs Gray and Mrs Lombera have a Colonial Day each year where the students get to learn hands on how to churn butter dip beeswax candles, loom weaving and writing with quills and ink. Students had a great time and even got to take home their projects to share with their families.

Last night our teacher of the year and classified employee of the year were recognized at a celebration at the district office. Congratulations and a big thank you to Kelly Gray, 5th grade teacher and Chris Sherbondy, attendance/health clerk for your service to RES students!

Friday we held our 5th Color-run put on by our Student Council. Our staff and students had a fun time. Thank you to all our families that supported this fundraiser. We
Raised $4014.00!

From generous donations, thoughtful gifts, volunteering time, decorating, setting up, supporting events, and simply showing love to our staff, this week would not have been possible without each and every one of you.
