Recent events at Master Worlds and our Kids Program starting up tomorrow at 5:15!

Preparations are beginning for No Gi Worlds in December.

We also have 9 athletes fighting in LFA and MCF in September and October.

We have been focusing on active positional drilling the last few weeks. This way of training is important for new students as well as seasoned competitors alike.

The focus for the student is to find the nuances of techniques they are working on with resistance and also how the technique works with their body style.
