I have been instructing Chinese Martial Arts, Tai Chi and QiGong since 2003 in Raleigh. My goal is to educate and inspire my students on the old, proven path of health based on Tao, Buddhist and Chinese Culture. There are no belts, uniforms or costly tests to prove your development, however we look at where you were 100 days before as our guide to progress.

Haven’t slept much in the past two days, somehow tweaked my neck and I’m working through it. But I drove just over an hour to be at the park at 7:45 this morning, to do what I can do. Also brought some help, some water, some incense, some pain relief, and a ten’s unit. at least I can get some mind and body work done, along with some breath work. And we’ll see where it takes me.
