LNC engages current and emerging leaders from across the state through the LNC Core Program and alumni opportunities.

The driving force behind Leadership North Carolina’s values and culture lies in the North Carolina state motto: Esse Quam Videri. “To Be Rather Than To Seem”

Diversity - Enrich North Carolina through a variety of voices. Community Service - Contribute to local communities. Forward-Thinking - Move together with an eye on the future. Heritage - Value roots, history, and traditions. Collaborative - Operate powerfully as a team.
