Wakefield High School Athletic Booster Club Organization This allows our activities to be exempt from Federal Income Tax.
We operate as a tax exempt, non-profit organization and are fully compliant with the guidelines of 501(c)(3) Public Charities as defined by the Internal Revenue Service. We operate solely in support of all Wakefield High School student athletic programs. Our operation is governed by a set of by-laws that were initially drafted and accepted in 2001 and revised in 2004. We currently have a 10 member
