Chinese Shao-Lin Center of Raleigh

Chinese Shao-Lin Center of Raleigh Our system includes various styles including animal, weapons, and internal training.

We teach authentic Chinese Shao-Lin Kung Fu - a 1500 year old martial arts system developed by the shaolin monks at the Honan temple for health, meditation, physical conditioning, overall fitness and self defense.

🍵On Saturday mornings, we begin with the Drunken Bowl and Stick!
🐦Brown Belts begin their Shao-Lin Bird Forms!
🐯Black Belts begin their Shantung Black Tiger Forms.
🐻For our Meditation/Chi Kung Classes, we'll begin the Hsien Tien Chi: Breath Before Birth Training + Hua To Chi Kung Postures!
🥋And we continue working on all 14 Parts of Wooden Man, Tai Chi classes, and Beginner Kung Fu classes.
