The beauty is in the honesty of this post. Vanessa and I had a chat on my podcast and we dove into the frustrations and anxiety that can start to amp up during postpartum. I think it’s so important to highlight the good as well as the hard. Thanks for letting me re-post this your journey is what so many other mother’s experience.

My job is a strange mix of beginnings and endings. ❤️
I’m always so excited and slightly nervous when I begin with a new family. There is so much growth and development to muddle through and the first few months I stay on high alert. Then like all things in life we settle in to new family routines and acclimate to the change of having a new baby at home.
Being part of this journey with my clients is a gift I never tire of. To be present to the transformation that parents undergo and to watch a new little one become more confident and secure in their place in the world is pure magic! ✨
And as you can see in picture #1 I’m rested and ready for the challenges ahead and in picture #2 (4.5 months later) I’m a little pooped!
We are not meant to journey through parenting alone, it truly takes a village and I’m so grateful that I get to be part of that village.
Leaving is always bittersweet and my heart breaks a little everytime I leave a client.
However, I know that:
“There are no
goodbyes for us. Wherever you are, you will always be
in my heart.”
