Tools with Heart of NC

Tools with Heart of NC Life Skills, Character Building, Women Growing Older Gracefully and Seniors Lifestyle Programs are facilitated in small groups.

The emphasis on learning in the Tools with Heart workshops focus on discussion & processing newly discovered found skills and interventions in the life journey. Lunch & Learn sessions encompass a range of socio-economic issues, to include combating : Stress, Self-Esteem, Anger and Anger Management, Boundaries, Communication, Goal Setting, Conflict Resolution, Depression, and healing. Wholeness, and discussions regarding the aging process and wholeness for seniors.
