For the last several years, Center for Innovation Management Studies (CIMS), NC State University has been involved with an incredibly exciting executive education program The Executive Farm Management Program. It is one which is providing the most progressive business management tools and competencies to our Modern Farmers of the Southeast.
In December, I had the honor of giving a Talk at the tedxcarywomen event and I recently learned that selected my talk/video to be hosted on their website!! 👏
In my talk, I make the connection that our American Farmers not only provide our Food and Fiber, but they also help ensure our National Security and Economic Stability and that it is critical they have the tools, skills and support they need to survive so that they may continue to provide for each of us.
