We want to express our gratitude to Lynn Morton, Ph.D., the 12th President of William Peace University, during the final days of her presidency.

Her expert guidance and belief in Peace's mission has laid the foundation for our future success. Board of Trustees Chair Rob Wood affirmed President Morton's contributions: "During her tenure, she has transformed every aspect of the University and prepared it for future growth. She has raised our institutional profile, created new pathways to a Peace education, forged valuable partnerships, and further strengthened our culture." To honor her meaningful service, the University surprised President Morton with an honorary degree at Commencement, celebrating her dedication to Peace.
