The Comparative Neuroimmunology and Neurooncology Laboratory is located at the College of Veterinary Medicine, North Carolina State University. The ultimate goal of our research is to improve diagnostic testing and therapeutic options for veterinary patients with brain tumors and inflammatory brain disease. In addition, these animals provide unique, spontaneous models to study related human diseases, which are very similar or identical in many cases.
