Advanced Wushu Seminar Completed
Though intense for both body and mind, the seminar brought us back to the heart and soul of kungfu. It was a reminder that true mastery values depth over repetition, quality over quantity. High-level wushu doesn’t mean fancy movements, it means doing basics at the highest level.

Thank you so much to Steven Li for coming out and leading this seminar! We learned a lot and hope to use our knowledge to make our kungfu better! Hope to see more of you in the future!
