NCSU offers innovative graduate programs to promote bridging the gap between climate change science
NC State offers a Master’s degree in Climate Change & Society, and a graduate certificate in Climate Adaptation. Climate Resilience Forum exercise 2026. Students in the course simulated a city’s response to Sea Level Rise in a role-playing game in which each student represented a local stakeholder.

Jenny Agnew earned her BS in Media and Entertainment from Kennesaw State University. She joined the program to help at the local scale by building community resilience and to raise awareness about the importance of nature based solutions.

Caden Robinette his BS in Animal Science at NC State. He joined the program to translate rigorous science into tools rural producers can use now to improve both human and animal health while strengthening rural livelihoods.
