Friends of the Library is switching FB pages!
Starting Friday, April 1, FOL will only post through the NCSU Libraries FB page. Please (click/follow) the NCSU Libraries to receive FOL updates!
The Friends of the Library is a group of community members, students, NC State alumni, corporate partners, and others who support the NCSU Libraries.
Its goals are to enrich the intellectual and cultural environment for faculty, students, and community by promoting excellence in library collections and services, attracting distinguished special collections, and sponsoring special events. The Friends also acts as an advocacy organization by elevating public awareness of and raising funds for the Libraries.

Kinston-based ‘A Chef’s Life’ wins Daytime Emmy award The PBS program “A Chef’s Life,” which stars Kinston chef Vivian Howard, won a Daytime Emmy Friday night for Outstanding Directing in a Lifestyle/Culinary/Travel Program.
We are so excited to welcome NC State alumnae Vivian Howard, who will be sharing her food and her experiences tonight at the Friends of the Library Spring Meeting.
