This is an “At Home” Martial Arts class, for anyone that is 4 or older, where Sensei Seth Adams will come to your home and use a fun style of Martial Arts classes to teach your child tools they will use later in life. Each session will provide building blocks to teach self-control and self-defense, along with coordination and confidence. The combination of Martial Arts and fun is a great way to learn values, along with having a great time and learning Karate in the process!
