In order to keep your real estate license active, you must complete 8 hours of CE by September 30th.

North Carolina appraisers - for the first time ever the NC Appraisal Board will now be accepting online renewals for appraisers.

Once you've met your CE requirements, you can renew your license online at the following link:

PLEASE NOTE, ALL TRAINEES AND APPRAISERS MUST TAKE THE 7-HOUR USPAP UPDATE BY MAY 31, 2020 IN ORDER TO RENEW BY JUNE 30, 2020.
