Enloe Final Exams, EOC, and CTE testing is here! Our faculty and staff will be administering exams to 700-800 students during many of the testing periods. They could use parent volunteer support make the experience smooth and quiet for all.

This morning Enloe PTSA brought fun, music, grateful hearts, AND DONUTS to celebrate and give thanks to all of the people who donated to the Annual Fund this year. Because of YOU, we raised an incredible $60K that has gone to supporting teachers, staff, and students at Enloe through teacher grants, grounds improvements, hospitality, advocacy, and so much more. Shoutout to Enloe PTSA President Tamara Oyejide, VP of Ways and Means Liz Marin, VP of Advocacy Maggie Fyfe, and PTSA members Ben Snowden and Jennifer and Jason Fuller for coming out bright and early to show our gratitude. Your donation made a difference.

Graduation day is the time to celebrate everyone's hard work and support. WCPSS provides lots of information about graduation day - from where to park to what you can bring inside. They’ve got that information and more on the WCPSS website. Enloe’s graduation day is Thursday, June 11th at 8am at the Raleigh Convention Center. Graduation Ticket Distribution is June 4th and 5th from 12:00 - 2:00 in the West Gym Lobby. Each graduating senior will receive 7 tickets. Tickets can be picked up by the student or a parent listed in Infinite Campus.

Photo Identification is required.

Graduation Rehearsal will be Thursday, May 28th. Seniors will report to 1st period and be released to the Auditorium when they are called. After the rehearsal, graduating seniors in good standing who have paid their Senior Fee will be allowed to attend the Senior Picnic.

If seniors want to leave before the end of the picnic, they must have their parents fill out a permission form. These forms can be found linked here and have been sent out in talking points.

Seniors can turn in the form to first period teacher, the front office, the media center, or Student Services. Parents can email them directly to [email protected].

At last week's General Membership Meeting, Enloe PTSA honored two greats: outgoing Principal Dr Jackie Jordan and outgoing PTSA President Tamara Oyejide.

Our gratitude and best wishes to Dr. Jordan as she prepares to retire following 32 years (!) of service to WCPSS. Enloe won't be the same without her steadfast guidance, dedication, and unwavering support.

Tamara Oyejide has served as the PTSA President FOR TWO YEARS and served in many capacities before that. We are so grateful for everything she has done to support our school.

Enloe PTSA also hosted a panel discussion about resilience and student mental health. Thank you to Lee Davis, Family Psychiatry Practice & Associates; Rhonda Sutton, PhD, Assistant Dean of Professional Development, NC State University Graduate School; Candace Vivas, Licensed Professional Counselor, LPC, LCMHC, CCTP, C-PD, CBECDP at Harmony 360 counseling; and Enloe's own Michelle Brick for leading the discussion.

Hope to see you this Wednesday, May 13th at 6pm IN THE CAFETERIA for the PTSA's final General Membership Meeting of the year and our State of Enloe panel discussion, where we will have a panel of professionals discussing the importance of positive mental health for our teens.

We'll also vote on next year's PTSA officers. Nominations will also be accepted from the floor. Don't miss this event!

NOTE: This gathering is moving to the CAFETERIA at 6pm to accommodate ongoing AP testing in the Media Center.

PARKING: Park in the bus loop parking lot for easy access to the cafeteria.
