A big congrats to Mason Willard for presenting and defending his Masters research today! Mason began his time with the To***co Agronomy group as an undergraduate worker before pursuing his Masters degree. His Masters research has provided insight to growers regarding MH residue reduction in flue-cured to***co. Masonโs consistent demeanor and hard work ethic have made him a joy to work with over the last few years, and our team wishes him all the best in his future endeavors. Congrats, Willard! ๐๐๐บ

Today some of our team members got the opportunity to travel from Conway, SC to the P*e Dee Research and Education Center with the SC To***co Tour, learning about the latest and greatest to***co research in South Carolina! Opportunities like this not only allow for learning and networking, but also encourage collaboration and information sharing, all of which make us better researchers and help us provide updated and relevant information to to***co growers.
We are so grateful to the folks at Clemson for putting on a great tour, as well as to the P*e Dee REC and the farms that helped host the event.
