with our VP of Membership, Hayden Allen!!
“Moving so far away from home was one of the most exciting but intimidating decisions I’ve ever made. I came to campus not knowing many people, and I knew I wanted to find a place where I could build genuine connections and feel a sense of belonging. Joining Panhellenic gave me exactly that- it introduced me to people who quickly became my support system and made a new place feel like home. My experience in this community has meant so much to me, which is ultimately why I decided to pursue a role on the Panhellenic Executive Board. I wanted the opportunity to give back to a process and a community that gave me confidence, friendships, and a sense of purpose at such a large university. Being part of Panhellenic means creating an environment where others can find their forever home, just like I did.”
PNM ADVIDE: “Going through recruitment can feel overwhelming, but the most important thing to remember is to be yourself. It sounds simple, but it truly makes all the difference—authentic connections are what this process is all about. Try not to focus too much on where you think you should end up, and instead pay attention to where you feel comfortable, valued, and able to be yourself. It’s also okay to feel nervous or unsure—everyone else is feeling the same way, even if it doesn’t seem like it. Give yourself grace, stay open-minded, and trust the process. The right chapter will feel right, even if it’s not what you expected going in. And most importantly, enjoy it! Recruitment is such a unique experience, and it’s the start of finding a community that can truly become home.”

PHILANTHROPY SPOTLIGHT!💌
PI BETA PHI: PI PHI PIZOOKIE
“Our chapter recently hosted our 2026 spring philanthropy event, Pi Phi Pizookie. This event supported our philanthropy the Pi Beta Phi Foundation which contributes to Read>Lead>Achieve. This foundation seeks to improve children’s literacy rates and inspire a lifelong love of learning. We invited the community to come enjoy some delicious skillet cookies with toppings of their choice and support an amazing cause. We were able to raise over $2300 and sold 195 tickets to the event! We are so thankful for all of our chapter members, community supporters, and other chapters who showed up and helped make this event such a success!”- Anna Ross, VP of Philanthropy
Thank you to the women of Pi Beta Phi who helped run the event and those who participated!🩷🍪

with our Director of Recruitment, Ryleigh Thurston!!
“I wanted to join the Panhellenic Executive Board because I was looking for a way to get more involved and make a bigger impact. Serving as my chapter’s Director of Recruitment is where I really fell in love with the recruitment process. I loved being able to watch the women in my chapter gain confidence and share what makes Panhellenic so special. That experience made me realize I wanted more. I wanted more opportunities to grow, lead, and get involved outside of just my chapter. I also wanted to meet new people and build connections across different chapters, and I think being on the Panhellenic Executive Board is the perfect way to do that.”
PNM ADVIDE: “Deciding to go through Fall 2023 recruitment was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Recruitment is such a unique experience, where you’re surrounded by so many women from different backgrounds, all coming together in one place. It really shows how powerful it is when women support each other and create a sense of community. If I could give one piece of advice, it would be to truly soak in every moment. The days can feel long, but the whole experience goes by so quickly. Take pictures, talk to the people around you, and let yourself be present. Most importantly, be yourself. You don’t need to change anything about who you are to find where you belong. The right people will see you for who you are and make you feel at home in a way you didn’t even know you needed. There is a place for everyone here, and I can’t wait for you to find yours.”

with our Executive Vice President, Lucy Moore!!
“I decided to be a part of the Panhellenic Executive Board because I wanted to create a more meaningful, long lasting impact on the community. Panhellenic has given me more than I could have ever imagined in these last three years, and I am so grateful for the opportunity to give back in a more intentional way.”
PNM ADVIDE: “My biggest piece of advice for PNMs is to truly trust the process. It can feel overwhelming at times, and it’s easy to get caught up in comparisons or overthinking every interaction. Stay true to who you are, rather than trying to fit what you think others want to see. Authenticity will always lead you to the right place. Trust that everything will work out the way it’s meant to, and that you will find a home where you are able to grow into the best version of yourself.”

MEET THE CHAPTER DELEGATES🤍
Introducing our amazing 2026 chapter delegates!! We are so lucky to work alongside such an amazing group of people that better our Panhellenic Community!!
What is a delegate?
“A Panhellenic chapter delegate serves as the official representative of their sorority at Panhellenic meetings, where they communicate their chapter’s perspectives and vote on policies and decisions that affect the entire community. They also act as a liaison, sharing important updates between Panhellenic leadership and their chapter to ensure everyone stays informed and aligned.”
