SEANC is excited to announce that State Employees' Credit Union will be offering assistance to state employees in December!
If you will experience a disruption to your financial plans, SECU is offering a low-interest loan exclusively to state employees to help cover your expenses. The loan is repayable over six months, and you may apply between December 10-30, 2024. Our thanks to SEANC and OSHR for highlighting this opportunity to serve you.
Not an SECU member? Eligible state employees can join today and apply for the loan. (Subject to terms and conditions.)
This loan is not administered by SEANC. Employees must apply for it through the State Employees' Credit Union. Applications are subject to a credit check.
For more information or to apply, call the SECU Lending Contact Center: (844) 296-4831.
APR = Annual Percentage Rate. APR is your cost over the loan term expressed as a rate. Payment Example: A loan amount of $1,000 for a 6-month term at 5.00% has 5 monthly payments of $169 and one final payment of $168.33. To be eligible for this discount, members must be a current full-time employee of the state of North Carolina (including public school employees) and members’ state payroll of the Department of State Treasurer must be on direct deposit with SECU (if on partial direct deposit, total monthly direct deposit amount must be $500 or greater).
