SarahCare LBT Adult Day Health Center specializes in caring for seniors with Alzheimer's and related dementia as well as those with physical and cognitive impairments. SarahCare keeps families together at home by providing health-related care for seniors during the day in an upscale country-club-like center. At the heart of SarahCare is a uniquely designed program that provides safe and active env

ironments for seniors who require assistance during the day and provide peace of mind for their family members who need to continue working or need respite. We provide nursing services to participants who have a variety of impairments and health problems such as Alzheimer's, Parkinson's disease, stroke, incontinency problems and isolation and loneliness. SarahCare offers flexible scheduling to meet the needs of the participants and caregivers.
