From August 31–September 26, we’re locking in on two movements and giving you four weeks to see what consistent work can do.

🔥 FORWARD LUNGES
Week 1: 15 reps
Week 2: 12 reps
Week 3: 10 reps
Week 4: 8 reps
As the reps drop, the goal is to challenge yourself with heavier weight while maintaining great form.

🔥 LOW PLANK HOLD
One goal: MAX TIME. ⏱️
Brace your core, stay strong, and see how long you can hold it. Then come back each week ready to beat your time.

Mesocycles give you the chance to practice the same movements week after week, track your progress, and see your strength build in real time.
