Good Friday š¤ The day that we let what Jesus Christ did for us on the cross sink in. He listened to lies and insults. He was betrayed by His closest friends. His body was broken, tortured. He was deprived of food, water, and worse yet -the presence of His Father God. He died a humiliating death with people mocking Him; spitting on Him.
And He did it for us. For you. For me.
For while we were still sinners, Christ died for us (Romans 5:8).
āIt is finished.ā The words of Jesus, said while hanging on that horrific cross. He has paid the ultimate price for us. So that we donāt have to.
Friends, the work is done -PRAISE JESUS!
Stop striving to be perfect in your mothering. You will never get there. Instead, put your hope in Jesus and what He has done to pay the price for your imperfections.
Fill your home with the presence of God. Teach your babies who Christ really is. Model true discipleship. And trust our LORD and Savior.
