Calling all pirates, mermaids, and adventurers in search of the sweetest treats & treasures: Join us at the Randleigh Dairy Heritage Museum for Howling Cow’s 2026 Fall Fest on Friday, October 30, from 1-6 p.m! 🏴‍☠️🧜‍♀️

We’re kicking off the holiday weekend with an interactive, family-friendly afternoon packed with dairy education, farm fun, photo ops, and seasonal activities. Costumes are highly encouraged, so come dressed in your Halloween best!

Your Fall Fest lineup includes:
🥛 Free interactive dairy stations
📸 Free indoor + outdoor photo stations
🚜 $10 farm hayrides
🧈 $5 butter-making station
🍦 Howling Cow ice cream + hot apple c***r from the MooMobile
🎯 Yard games + more!

Hayride tickets can be purchased in advance at https://bit.ly/HowlingCowTours or in person at the event.

Butter-making tickets will be available the day of the event only and are limited to 45 participants. Parking is first come, first served.

What a first summer for the MooMobile. 🚚🍦

From smaller campus celebrations to big days like NC State College of Agriculture and Life Sciences Harvest and Christina Koch’s homecoming, the truck has given our team a new way to serve Howling Cow while bringing dairy education directly into the heart of campus.

A huge part of making that possible has been the support of The Dairy Alliance and N.C. Farm Bureau, whose commitment to agricultural education helps us keep telling the story of where our food comes from.

This role is designed for a dependable NC State student to help with routine cleaning, upkeep, and maintenance of the Creamery and Howling Cow ice cream truck.

What the role looks like:
🧼 Cleaning & maintaining the Creamery’s outdoor porch
🚚 Keeping the Howling Cow ice cream truck clean, organized, and ready for use
🔧 Helping with general upkeep and spotting maintenance needs
✅ Working independently with reliability, attention to detail, and initiative
