🚨 H**p Ban Passed Last Night 🚨
Last night, the U.S. Senate voted to pass a government funding bill that quietly included devastating language for the h**p industry — adding a 0.4mg THC cap per container on all h**p-derived products.
Senator Rand Paul fought to remove this language and protect h**p — but Mitch McConnell and 76 other Senators voted against it, including both of our North Carolina Senators, Ted Budd and Thom Tillis.
This is a major setback, but it’s not the end. Thanks to Session Law 455, which we helped fight for back in 2022, h**p remains legal under North Carolina law — for now.

Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy is a rare genetic condition that causes skeletal and heart muscle weakness that progresses over time. Symptoms usually begin in childhood and primarily affect young males.
All funds raised will be donated to a local Raleigh child in his battle against Duchenne's.
