Sharmila was it as usual last night. First time we’ve been able to get a solid in for months and she ran negative splits on the second half of the ladder! That’s why she’s a !

is no longer looking like a trying to run. She has truly changed her with less , better , and less sound on initial contact. All things that improve and improve or reduce running . Just a couple months ago she couldn’t run continuously for more a few minutes at a time. Today she ran 4 miles non-stop AND running 1:30 mins/mile faster!!! 💥 🤯 …oh and she’s about to wrap up her 63rd year of being a total !

Ella (.nc.nutrition) crushed her 2.5 miler with only one stop around an 8min/mile pace today! And with no knee pain I might add. She also showed some getting out there in the rain and following it up with on the . She’s almost for her next month. Keep up the good work Ella! She happens to be a that maximizes athletic performance. If your having probs dialing in your fueling and nutrition, hit her up!

Hello Spring! Gorgeous day for a long run and being the water/chew mule for at the end of her run. She was able to crush her 9 miler (first time in a years) and do so feeling good with gas left in the tank.
