The truth!

Energy Sickness 😵‍💫
I had never thought about motherhood boosting you to an energy sickness or burnout just like that🫰🏼 I can’t work at my old pace anymore, I need to consider how much energy a baby requires. So when we received the news about a close family member being very sick, I knew that I needed to be strong for my husband. So I took care of everything by myself, and normally I could handle it, but not this time. I felt all the body aches and exhaustion of a fever, but no fever. I felt unmotivated, lost! I was also confused with so many informations around me, so in the shower, I asked to my guides “what is happening?” (ok, I used a bad word in this phrase hahah) and the answer came right away: energy sickness!
Thank God the next day we received good news, which helped me to clear my aura with this energy of worries and sadness. But I’m still recovering myself, which is a slow process having a baby.
I took some time to pull out some cards to help me, and it was so aligned with the process of rebuilding the way I share my gifts with all of you. For me, this was a clear message that not being myself, and not sharing all my gifts was sickening my energy as well. And I’m sharing this with you here to help you expand your awareness about energy sickness, such an important topic as a Lightworker ✨
