This Memorial Day, Hoke County Schools honors and remembers the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country. Their sacrifice has protected the freedoms we enjoy each day and will never be forgotten.

As we spend time with family and friends this holiday weekend, we pause to reflect with gratitude on the courage, dedication, and selflessness of our fallen heroes and the families who carry their legacy forward.

We are especially thankful for the many military families and veterans who are part of our Hoke County Schools community.

May we always remember the true meaning of Memorial Day.

This week, we celebrated our amazing 5th graders who received the President’s Award for Academic Excellence. 🎉📚🏅

These students have worked incredibly hard throughout ALL of their elementary school years, and our school is super proud of each and every one of them. Their dedication, perseverance, and commitment to doing their best has truly paid off!

Congratulations to all of our award recipients — we can’t wait to see all the amazing things you accomplish in middle school and beyond. 💜✨

What an AMAZING time everyone had at our Pep Rally! 🎉📚 This truly had to be one of the best pep rallies to date! Every grade level did an incredible job performing and showing their school spirit! 💜🎤📣 The hard work, creativity, and enthusiasm from our students made the day extra special and had the crowd cheering all afternoon!

We were also so excited to see our FIRST EVER cheerleaders absolutely shine with their performance! 📣✨ They brought so much energy, confidence, and excitement to the pep rally!

To top it all off, our office staff surprised everyone with a hilarious costume race that had the entire school laughing and cheering! 🐘🦜🐓🦩🐎🏁 The fun, creativity, and school spirit were unmatched!

Our students are READY to show all they know as EOG testing begins this week. We are so proud of their hard work, determination, and positive attitudes all year long. Let’s finish strong and make this week amazing! 💪✨
