Her favorite part of her role is building trust with each child and watching their skills, confidence and independence grow over time.

When she isn’t working, you can find Anyha painting, crafting, watching movies and spending time with her family.

A little patience can make a big difference. 💛

When we take the time to understand how a child experiences the world, we can respond with more intention, build stronger connections, and create space for them to thrive.

Through behavior analysis and a deeper understanding of child development, we can look beyond the behavior and better understand what a child may be communicating. That understanding creates more opportunities for emotional regulation, autism acceptance, and compassionate care.

Every behavior gives us an opportunity to learn a little more about the child in front of us. 🌈
