We have some BIG news for Waymark Academy!

We’re excited to announce our new partnership with Silverhawks Homeschool Sports of the Sandhills! 🎉

Through this partnership, our students ages 11–18 will have opportunities to participate in organized sports alongside other homeschool and private-school athletes, growing in teamwork, leadership, character, and faith.

As we look toward the future of athletics at Waymark, we’re thankful to partner with an organization that shares our Christ-centered values and is helping us create opportunities for our students today while laying the foundation for what’s to come!

We’ll be sharing posts from Silverhawks on our page to help spread the word about upcoming sports, tryouts, and opportunities for interested families. Be sure to follow along!

We’re excited to see how God uses this partnership to open doors for our students and help athletics grow at Waymark!

Last week, our students had such a special time visiting Puppy Creek Fire Department! They loved getting to meet our local firefighters, explore the fire trucks, and learn more about fire safety and what it takes to serve and protect our community.

A heartfelt thank you to the wonderful folks at Puppy Creek Fire Department for welcoming us with open arms and taking the time to make this visit so meaningful for our students. The lessons you shared will stick with them long after our visit!

We are so thankful for our local firefighters and all they do for our families and our community. Thank you for being such amazing role models and for always being there when our community needs you most! ❤️

Teaching our children about fire safety today helps keep them safe tomorrow. 🔥🧯🚒

We’re so excited to resume our Caregiver & Me sessions this fall!

Come slow down, get outside, and explore God’s creation with us.

Our sessions are designed for little ones and their grown-ups, with a mix of themed lessons, nature exploration, hands-on discovery, open-ended play, and a simple take-home project.

But more than anything, it’s a chance to make memories, meet other families, and enjoy the wonder of learning together in the great outdoors. 🌱

A huge THANK YOU to Culver’s of Hope Mills for hosting our school’s Share Night and helping make it such a fun evening of fellowship for our families and students!

We especially loved seeing our older students jump in and help serve! It was so much fun watching them work together to serve our school community with cheerful hearts.

Thank you to everyone who came out to support our school, we’re so grateful for our amazing community! 🙏
