Mr. Francois, dropout prevention specialist, recently facilitated a Jr. Young Men of Value program at Don Steed Elementary. They are learning proper handshakes, eye contact and etiquette among other things.

📚 Librarians in Hoke County Schools are spreading joy and support to students in Transylvania County Schools impacted by Hurricane Helene! 💕 Students at Don Steed Elementary created a read-aloud of Joy by Corrinne Averiss & Isabelle Follath for Pisgah Forest Elementary, thanks to Karen Nichols and Marian Elliott.
