Upcoming payment plan deadline alert! 🚨

The 3-installment payment plan has a sign-up deadline of August 24th!

Things to know:
✨25% required down
✨ 3 payments: September through November
✨ Regularly scheduled payments process on the 5th of the month
✨ $50 nonrefundable enrollment fee

You can sign up for a payment plan in OneCampus, but if you have further questions the Office of the Bursar can be reached at [email protected] or 540-831-5417!

Student Check-In is open and can be completed in OneCampus. It'll go over your plans to attend this semester, emergency contacts, and ensure your info is up to date. Make sure you complete it by August 21, 2026 to avoid any delays with your financial aid!

If you're getting a financial aid refund, you can use it early toward textbooks and supplies with a bookstore voucher.

👉 Head to OneCampus
👉 Search "Bookstore Voucher" and click on the tile
👉 Complete the form & shop at the Highlander Bookstore (your voucher should be ready for use within 1-2 business days after the form has been completed!)

✨Accepted your aid in the Financial Aid Dashboard
✨Reviewed your e-bill
✨Set up a payment plan with the Office of the Bursar (if needed)

📖 The bookstore voucher is OPEN! 📖

📚 To request a bookstore voucher, just log into OneCampus and click on the "Bookstore Voucher" tile. Then, complete the form! Within 1-2 business days, your voucher will be ready to use at checkout with the Highlander Bookstore.

❗The voucher pulls from your refund, allowing you to use those funds at the Highlander Bookstore before your refund is processed. So, if you are not getting a refund then you are ineligible for a bookstore voucher.

Bookstore Voucher 101 is now in session! ✨

To request a bookstore voucher, starting Monday you can log into OneCampus and click on the "Bookstore Voucher" tile. Then, you'll be able to complete the request form!

The bookstore voucher request form opens Monday! ✨

📖 A bookstore voucher lets you use some of your refund before you receive it at the Highlander Bookstore to purchase materials and textbooks. We'll be posting a video tomorrow going over the bookstore voucher in a little more detail, so stay tuned for more information!
