Today was a difficult day. I was involved in a car accident while working, and although I’m grateful that I’m okay, I’m sore and taking some time to recover.

One thing this experience reminded me of is that life can change in an instant. It also reminded me why the work we do through Get Off The Streets.org is so important. Our mission has always been bigger than any one person.

As I recover, our commitment remains the same.

🏁 We’ll continue supporting the Soap Box Derby.

🎯 We’ll continue supporting and bringing families together through Street Games.

💼 We’ll continue creating student employment and work-based learning opportunities that give young people real-world experience.

🎤 We’ll continue providing presentations, workshops, and educational opportunities that help people build skills and confidence.

🌱 We’ll continue mentoring and supporting teen entrepreneurs as they grow their ideas into successful businesses.

To everyone who has reached out, offered encouragement, or continues to support our mission—thank you. Your kindness means more than you know.

We’re moving forward, one step at a time, and we’re excited about what’s ahead. Together, we’ll keep creating opportunities, building stronger communities, and investing in the next generation.
