Another fun and engaging Baby LITS day at Julian Thomas School!

Our fall session featured Apple Picking Day, read by Tonya Wilson, followed by a fun program activity and, of course, some juicy red apples for a special snack! 🍎

Each student also received a brand-new book to add to their home library, along with an activity packet to continue learning beyond the classroom. Building home libraries and encouraging a love of reading—one book at a time! 📖❤️

A great day of literacy, learning, laughter, and fun!

👏🏾 Great job to the PWNS Education Committee—aka the “Book Ladies!” Thank you for continuing to inspire our young readers and make literacy exciting! 💜📚🍎

Baby LITS USA is a signature program of the Professional Women’s Network for Service (PWNS) since 2009, designed to promote early childhood literacy and a lifelong love of reading among young children.

Through engaging literacy activities, interactive storytelling, educational resources, and family involvement, Baby LITS helps children develop strong language, reading, communication, and early learning skills while making reading fun and meaningful.

We believe that when we invest in our children’s literacy today, we help build stronger, more confident learners for tomorrow.

Much appreciation to our Education Committee Chair Tonya Wilson and the Committee Members.

Our Children ~ Our Future 💜📚

Read. Learn. Grow. Succeed.
