Hey Knapp Community our Parent Leaders have some amazing things happening in the coming weeks. This Thursday is their first Leadership Meeting also they are hosting a Winter Coat Giveaway in partnership with Amazon and The Main Project Community. Community and Parent Leaders are welcome to attend this Thursday’s meeting to learn more about how you can be apart of all this amazing work!

In light of May being mental health awareness month. We are happy to share that we’ll be hosting a Parent Talk with our very own Children’s Hospital mental health specialist Kristine Jacobs. Mrs. Jacobs will be sharing information on children’s mental wellness and a live Q & A this Monday May 10th at 5:30pm. Zoom link will be posted Monday morning registration not required.

We are so excited for this upcoming Positivity Week. We would love your help preparing a great week for the kids. We’re asking our community to send in a 5-15 second video sharing a few words of encouragement or positive affirmations. We’ll create a video mashup and share it with the students at Knapp. Have fun with the videos use signs and colors and submit them to [email protected]
