All: Heavenly Father, we place St. Mary’s Nativity School into your hands. Through the intercession of our Blessed Mother, whose birth brought joy to the world, bless our students, teachers, and families. Grant us a year filled with safety, wisdom, and spiritual growth. Amen.

Leader: Today, we pray for all of the students of St. Mary’s Nativity School. Jesus, our Divine Teacher, look with love upon our students. Give them eager minds, open hearts, and a true desire to learn. Help them to discover the unique talents you have given them, and grant them the perseverance to do their best in all things.

Our 3rd graders turned vocabulary practice into a game of Hot Potato! 🥔 Students practiced identifying synonyms and antonyms while thinking quickly and having lots of fun!

🙏 Join Us for the Novena of St. Mary’s Nativity! 🙏

As we journey through a new school year together, the St. Mary’s Nativity School PTC invites our school families and the entire SMNS community to join us in prayer for a successful, joyful, and fruitful year ahead.

Beginning Monday, August 31, we will share a daily prayer here on Facebook that you can pray at home with your family. Each day will focus on a different intention for our students, teachers, families, school, and community.

For nine days, we’ll come together in prayer, culminating on September 8 — the Feast of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary and our school’s feast day. 🌹

Whether you’re a current SMNS family, alumni, parishioner, grandparent, or simply someone who loves our school community, we invite you to pray with us!

Let’s place this school year, our students, teachers, families, and entire community in Mary’s loving care and ask for her continued intercession throughout the year. 🙏💙
