These three are steadily building a positive safety culture through simple, everyday actions. Just yesterday, Trent and Baylon were recognized for their awareness and vigilance on deck during cargo operations. Today, a Stop Work call from the crew prevented a potential fuel spill before it could happen. Their pre-task discussions show real awareness of company policy, and their actions show exactly why that policy works.

During a fuel transfer, the client sent down a hose that Dale immediately identified as unsafe for use. He called an all-stop and notified the bridge before the transfer began. The hose was replaced, and operations resumed without issue.

The first of our Adriatic Marine Operations Summits brought together a group of deckhands, engineers, captains, and shoreside support personnel with one common purpose: getting better together.
