Dr. McCluskey, Mrs. Johnson, and our Ag students saved the day!

After the cafeteria received the wrong delivery and needed greens, they stepped up and went straight to the garden to harvest what was needed. Talk about teamwork, problem-solving, and real-world learning in action.

A lucky day for sure… and the greens were GOOD!

What a great night at Delta Innovative School! 🎉
Our Family Bingo & Game Night was a huge success, and we loved spending time with our students, parents, and staff while also celebrating Dr. M’s birthday! 🥳

A special thank you to Resa Café & Friends for the delicious dinner and desserts — everything was amazing! 🍽️🍰

And a big shoutout to all of our bingo winners! 🎊 We had so much fun celebrating, laughing, and building community together.

Delta students and staff came together today to surprise our coworker Syreta Brown by wearing green in support of National Kidney Awareness Month.

March is a time to raise awareness about kidney health, and today we recognized World Kidney Day by showing our support during our annual Wear Green Day. It was a special moment of unity as our Delta family stood together for an important cause.

Our students had a powerful moment of reflection as they shared what stood out the most during our trip to the Legacy Museum. Hearing them speak about the stories, the history, and the lessons they learned reminded us why experiences like this matter.

Many students shared that the most impactful part was seeing how people overcame struggles and continued to push forward. Others spoke about learning history in a way that connected the past to their own lives and futures.

Experiences like this help our students understand that their story matters and that they have the power to create a legacy of their own.

We are grateful for the opportunity and proud of our students for engaging, reflecting, and growing through this experience.
