Brooks County High School hosted a special luncheon August 25 to celebrate our Advanced Placement (AP) Scholars who met the College Board requirements for the 2025-2026 school year. Students who earned a score of 3 or higher on three or more AP exams qualify as AP Scholars. Thank you to the BCHS PTO for their sponsorship of the luncheon, and congratulations to all of our AP Scholars. We are proud of you!

Brooks County Schools is once again partnering with the Georgia Department of Public Health’s South Health District to offer flu vaccinations to students and staff right at school!

Help us keep our Trojan families healthy this flu season! ❤️💙

📣 PARENTS: If you would like your child to receive a flu vaccine during the in-school clinic, you MUST register your child in advance.

✅ Conveniently given during the school day
✅ No need to leave work for an appointment
✅ Helps protect your child, family, and school community

Come out to Veterans Stadium for the first home game of the season Friday, August 28th! Cheer on the Trojans and see the new lighting system—it’s amazing! We have officially retired our old stadium lights and installed a brand-new, state-of-the-art Musco Show-Light system.

This upgraded setup delivers the exact footcandle levels, field coverage, and lighting intensity required for official GHSA competitions, ensuring our athletes always have optimal playing conditions on the field. Built to last for years to come, it will create an entertaining, high-energy atmosphere for football, soccer, and other events hosted at the stadium.

Get ready for an unforgettable game day experience. See you under the lights!
