📢 Attention Incoming 6th Grade Families!

Please review the attached information regarding the 2026-2027 6th Grade Health Requirements, including required immunizations, physical exams, and dental exams.

To help families meet these requirements, the Adams County Health Department will be hosting an onsite clinic at Quincy Junior High School on October 6th from 9:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. Required physicals and vaccinations will be available.

⚠️ Please note: Students who have not met all Illinois health requirements by October 15, 2026, will be excluded from school until the requirements are completed.

Time to celebrate! Our school has recently been recognized for our work implementing an equitable, multi-tiered system of support. This is a school-wide framework aimed at closing achievement gaps and increasing the number of students who graduate ready for college or a career. National research shows that full implementation of this type of framework leads to improved student outcomes.
