Quincy Early Childhood & Family Center Early Childhood & Family Center offers 3 programs under the umbrella of Quincy Public School District 172.

These programs are Head Start, Pre-Kindergarten, and Early Childhood Special Education.

ECFC families: On Tuesday, Nov. 3, Adams County voters will decide on a one-cent county school facilities sales tax.

One penny on the dollar for qualifying purchases. Not on unprepared food, medicine, vehicles, farm equipment or services. About 60 cents of every dollar would come from people who shop in Adams County but live outside Adams County.
