Today is World MS Day. 🧡

World MS Day feels a little like the Olympics nobody trained for… except instead of medals, we collect MRI photos, medication side effects, and enough random symptoms where Google recommends an ER visit.

But today isn’t just about Multiple Sclerosis. It’s about the people who stand beside us while we fight it.

To the spouses and partners who became chauffeurs, medication organizers, emotional support humans, heating pad fetchers, and part-time therapists… thank you. You carry more than people realize.

To the families and friends who stay when plans change, fatigue wins, or our legs decide they suddenly downloaded the wrong software update… thank you for loving us through the unpredictability.

To the doctors, nurses, infusion staff, therapists, researchers, and advocates, thank you for continuing to push for better treatments, better answers, and one day… a cure. You are changing lives, even on the days you don’t get to see it.

And to every person living with MS: You are stronger than the world knows. Some days surviving is the victory. Some days thriving is. Both count. MS may affect our bodies… but it does not get to define our humor, our purpose, our relationships, or our fight. Today we raise awareness. Tomorrow we keep showing up with Moxie.
