The Plumas County Public Health Agency's To***co Use Reduction Program aims to educate the public ab

This page was created to inform our local community on health equity and disparities and highlighting local projects that address these issues-- particularly regarding to***co use reduction. As we move forward we hope to inform our communities on how they can become involved in local efforts to address to***co control and the social determinants of health. The To***co Use Reduction Progra

m (TURP) is an outreach and education program that assists with enforcement of California smoke-free workplace laws. Education is offered to to***co merchants to help stop the sale of to***co to children under 18. Cessation referral is offered to those who would like to quit smoking. TURP works with the Public Health Agency on all to***co-related health issues including prevention education, information on to***co laws, and signage.
