Good afternoon everyone,

This is a reminder that the first half of your BOD fee of $25 is due on July 26th. Please see my previous message below. I need a headcount so that we can plan accordingly.

The cost of the t-shirt is $20 for S-XL and $23 for 2XL-4XL. The cost is the same for cotton or dri-fit. The t-shirt order has to be placed by August 1st. My apologies for the short notice.

Please let me know by the end of this week if you are participating.

Good Morning 92,

This year's Shanks Be Out Day will be held on Sunday, September 1st at Carter Parramore Football Field. Please let me know by Monday July 8th if you would like to serve on the Class of 92 Be Out Day committee. Our class representatives are myself and Mia Zeigler.

Per, the BOD committee, if you bring guest, it has to be an adult and you are responsible for your guest's actions. For any unacceptable behavior,, the class memeber and guest will be escorted off of the premises. They must have a t-shirt to participate.

This year, all classes, have to secure their own t-shirt vendor. I will be getting quotes for t-shirts and will send the details out as soon as possible. Per, the BOD committee, the shirts must be orange, have a tiger and Be Out Day 2024 on front, and class of 92 on the back. You MUST purchase and wear this year's BOD t-shirt to participate.

A t-shirt vendor will be secured within the next week and I will share the t-shirt information. The plan is to keep the t-shirt cost under $25.

If you would like to participate with the class, the cost will be $50 plus the cost of the t-shirt. This cost will include, the cost of our space ($150), tent ( 20x30), tables, chairs, fan rental, food, and other items, such as , drinks, paper goods, decorations, sanitizer, wipes, etc. The first payment of $25 is due by July 26th and the second payment of $25 is due by August 16th. Until the committee has been established, please contact me, Terricka Washington, for your payment, questions, and concerns. My cashapp is $TerrickaWash.

Tau Theta Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated has served the Gadsden County community for the past 32 years. Each year we are pleased to award deserving students who attend Gadsden County schools with scholarships.

Good Morning 92,
This year's Shanks Be Out Day will be held on September 2nd at Carter Parramore Football Field. Please let me know by Friday June 9th if you would like to participate and/or serve on the Class of 92 Be Out Day committee. Our class representatives are myself and Mia Zeigler.
Per, the BOD committee, if you bring guest, it has to be either your spouse/significant other or an adult child that is 37 years old or older and they must have a t-shirt and wristband to participate. Wristbands will be given to everyone that is attending.
This year, all classes, have to secure their own t-shirt vendor. I will be getting quotes for t-shirts and will send the details out as soon as possible. Per, the BOD committee, the shirts must be black, have Be Out Day 2023 on them and our class year on the back.
If you would like to participate with the class, the cost will be the same as last year, $40. This cost will include, the cost of our space ($125), tent (20x40 or 20x30), tables, chairs, fan rental, food, and other items, such as table cloths, drinks, paper goods etc. The first payment of $20 is due on June 29th and the second payment of $20 is due on August 4th. Good afternoon everyone,
I will be at Tanyard Creek Park tomorrow (8/24/2022) from 6-7pm for Be Out Day t-shirt pickup. Please make arrangements to pickup your shirt(s). The rest of rhe week is going to be hectic preparing for BOD. If this day and time doesn't work for you, please contact me as soon as possible to make arrangements. There is still a good amount of shirts that need to be picked up.
Also, we will have a limited amount of chairs on Saturday (25), so those that are able, please bring a chair to ensure that we will have enough. We have over 50 people that have paid to participate.

Good morning '92. Funeral services for Rev. Laura Holloway, mother of classmate Victor Holloway will be held today, August 13, 2022, at 11 am at Carter-Parramore. Services entrusted to Williams Funeral Home. Let's continue to keep the Holloway family in our thoughts and prayers.

Good evening '92. Funeral services for Mrs. Bessie McSwain will be Tuesday @ 2 at Bradwell and the burial will be at Mt Calvary P.B Church Quincy Fl 32352. The public viewing will be Monday from 3 to 7. Let us continue to keep Cathy and her family in our thoughts and prayers.

Good afternoon '92. Mrs. Bessie McSwain, the mother of our classmate Cathy McSwain, passed away on Friday, August 5, 2022. As of this time, funeral arrangements have not been finalized. Let's keep Cathy, and the family lifted up in prayer during this time of sorrow.

Hey '92, I have a couple of announcements. Mr. Theodore "Woody" Fields Sr., father of Lonyell Fields- Black, passed away July 10, 2022. Services were entrusted to Williams Funeral Home, and a memorial service has already been held.

Rev. Laura Holloway, mother of Victor Holloway, passed away Friday, August 5, 2022. Services have not been finalized. Services entrusted to Williams Funeral Home.

Let's keep both families in our hearts and minds during this difficult time.
