🎉 Room Parents Needed!
Want to help make your child’s classroom parties extra special this year?

Room Parents help coordinate the Fall, Winter, and Valentine’s Day parties by working with the teacher, getting other parents involved, and organizing snacks, activities, supplies, and all the fun!

And remember, your job is to organize the fun, not do it all yourself! 🙌 We want you to involve other classroom families and share the load.

📚 Room Parents are also asked to volunteer during their child’s scheduled class time at both the Fall and Spring Book Fairs.

🍴NEW THIS YEAR — Restaurant Nights!
We’re trying something new this year! Throughout the school year, we’ll be partnering with local restaurants for Restaurant Nights, where a portion of sales will be donated back to Lincoln-Douglas PTO.

First up is Clean Eatz Quincy, Il

⏰ Dine In 4–8 PM

Stop by for dinner, and 10% of sales during that time will be donated back to LDE PTO!

Take a night off from cooking, support a local restaurant, and help support our school at the same time. 💙

⌚You know what time it is... it's Fall FUNdraiser Time! 📢 Our Fall Fundraiser kicks off on MONDAY, AUGUST 31ST!

🙋🏻‍♂️🙋🏻‍♀️You asked, and we listened! 👂🏻 This year we are doing something NEW AND EXCITING! There are no products to sell and no outside fundraising company. We're running our first Pick a Date to Donate Calendar Fundraiser📆, which means 100% of the money raised stays with Lincoln-Douglas! 🎉 Check your students backpack tonight for some info on the new fundraiser and our No Fuss option as well. 👏🏻

Another day, another Lincoln-Douglas giveaway WINNER! 🏆

If you look through the photos, you will notice a familiar face in photo #4! Our very own Ellen Duffy-Gough was the winner for HOMEBANK's Adopt a Classroom Giveaway! 🍎✏️She even wore her Lincoln-Douglas Eagles shirt to pickup her prize, we LOVE it! Congratulations, Mrs. Gough! Another well deserved win!
