Honoring the flag. Honoring the land. Today, we proudly salute the stars and stripes and the hardworking farmers and families who help keep America strong. From our fields to our communities, we are grateful for the freedoms we celebrate and the land we are blessed to steward each day. 🌾

🥛 June is National Dairy Month, so we’re celebrating by sharing some fun dairy facts from right here in Adams County! From caring for their cows to providing wholesome dairy products for our communities, local dairy farmers work hard every single day to keep nutritious food on our tables! 🐄🧀🍦

A big thank you to the Quincy Girl Scouts for inviting Annabelle to be part of their Animal Day yesterday! 🌟💚

The girls learned all about the digestive system of cattle, including the 4 compartments of a cow's stomach. They also explored the Adams County Ag in the Classroom cow model for a fun, hands-on learning experience and had the chance to meet and pet Blaze, the adorable baby calf! 🐮❤️

We love sharing agricultural education with young learners and helping them discover where their food comes from. Thank you for a wonderful day filled with learning, questions, and smiles! 😊☀️
