Join us for the first home football game of the year on Saturday, August 29 at 1:00pm at Brennan Stadium on the FRC campus. Your Golden Eagles will take on Shasta College in what is sure to be a great game!

Ready to break out your dancing shoes? It's LINE DANCING time on Wednesday!

Join other FRC students and staff for a fun night of line dancing on Wed, Aug 26 from 5:30 - 7pm! Dinner will be provided for all attendees, so bring your dancing shoes and friends. This is a very beginner-friendly event with musical requests available. Located on the lawn & basketball courts in front of the Equine Facility.

Bowling & Games Night on Friday!!!

Let’s celebrate the start of another semester together with a night of bowling, outdoor games, music, and more. The fun happens on Friday, Aug 21 from 5:30-7:30pm at Sierra Bella Lanes in East Quincy. There will be a FREE dinner for all in attendance, so tell your friends and head down to the local bowling alley for a night of fun to kick off the semester!

Students - join us for the annual Welcome Back Pool Party! Head to Pioneer Park in East Quincy anytime between 5-7pm on Thursday for a free dinner, pool games, and lots of fun.

There will be inflatables for students to float on and games for students to compete in. Too much fun to list, so do not miss out on this epic annual event!

Rock Painting & Lemonade Bar on Wednesday🍋

FRC students are invited to join Student Life outside of the Perch to paint some local rocks and enjoy free lemonade from 11am - 1pm. The rocks and all painting supplies will be provided for those in attendance. You do not need to paint rocks to receive the free lemonade, but I mean, if you are already there, why not paint a rock or two? 😎

Welcome Back Dinner & Games on Friday 🎉

All FRC students and staff are invited to the annual Welcome Dinner & Games event located on the green in front of the Equine facility. The fun starts at 5pm, but feel free to join anytime. There will be a FREE dinner for all students and staff, a variety of games, and music playing. Please join us for this awesome event to help kick off the fall 2026 semester!

Students - Please be aware of multiple active wildfires in the Reno area. If you are traveling to Feather River College from the Reno area, please be advised of the multiple active wildfires. Currently US 395 is closed at the Nevada/California state line, however there are alternate routes to campus available. Please utilize your navigation apps to find the most updated road closures and alternate routes for traveling from Reno (or East of Reno) and please plan accordingly. Travel safely and we will see you on campus soon!
