Gearing up for a sweet little workshop this Tuesday 8/19 5:15pm - in the outdoor classroom where you will have the opportunity to learn all about flower essences🌸 We'll cover the what's, why's and how's of this subtle & magical form of plant medicine✨️ You will go home with a couple custom remedies and the skills to craft your very own essences! Are you are feeling the overwhelm of the summer hustle & bustle?? Then this special offering is for you!

What is an Herbal Tea Ceremony.......
Not your typical tea party, an herbal tea ceremony is an opportunity to step out of the everyday busyness and into a state of present groundedness. A place you can come to which nourishes your body, opens you heart and awakens you spirit. A cup of tea served in the form of ceremony and held in ritual has the ability to help return us to our center and invoke a sense of calm while connecting us to the earth; all the elements and cycles which sustain life.

This ceremony will feature carefully selected plants which we will get to know through intentional connection and experience.

Where: Rugged Roots Farm
Cost: Free- Donations greatly appreciated

Spring Greetings Friends!
The days are warming and the seeds are poppin'!
It's time to get our hands in the dirt and on the earth~ We are looking for some garden volunteers this Saturday to help get the medicine garden weeded and ready for planting.
Where: Rugged Roots Farm
When: Saturday May 25th~ 10am
What to bring: Sun hat, gloves, closed toed shoes

We will be gathering to create the famous and timeless winter tonic classic Fire Cider! With the temperatures quickly dropping, who couldn't use a little fire? 🔥🌶️
You are invited to join us in creating & learning all about this traditional folk remedy.

Medicine making workshop happening this Saturday 10/14~ 5pm at Rugged Roots Farm.
🌱Come learn the basics of tinctures while also learning about a few common plant friends like echinacea and elderberry and how best to use them. This is a great opportunity to get your home apothecary ready for winter!
