Do not forget today we will be hosting a Memorial Day Adult Open Mat on Monday, May 25, 2026, from 12 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. All are welcome to attend. Please bring your Gi and NoGi uniform. There will be no evening classes that night. We will resume all regular classes on Tuesday, May 26, 2026.

We will have a special guest instructor, Coach Cole, a Brown Belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu under Professor Joe from Olive Branch Jiu Jitsu in Fort Madison, Iowa. Coach Cole will be teaching a No-Gi class on Wednesday, May 27, 2026, from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm during our regular class time. Afterward, we will have an open mat and an Adult MMA class.
