Get ready for wrestling season with The Fieldhouse Girls Wrestling Training Program for ages 11–18, led by Coach Wayne Brown, former Head Girls Wrestling Coach from Meade High School with 16 years of coaching experience!

💪 Build strength & conditioning
🤼 Improve wrestling technique
🔥 Develop confidence, endurance & explosiveness
🏆 Takedowns, escapes, reversals, pinning combinations, live drilling & match strategy

Kaitlyn is a senior at Queen Anne’s County High School and the starting varsity pitcher for QACHS. She has been pitching for the past 7 years and has developed experience with seven different pitches:
